Required skills and experience:
- At least 4 years of previous affiliate or partner marketing experience
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills in managing multiple projects and tasks
- Thirst for knowledge and self-directed learning, with guidance
- Experience with major affiliate networks and tracking platforms, including AWIN, AvantLink, CJ Affiliate, Impact, Partnerize, Pepperjam/Ascend, Rakuten Advertising, and Shareasale
- Technical savvy, ability to learn new partner tracking platforms and industry terminology fairly quickly
- Ability to analyze data to identify and interpret trends
Beneficial skills and experience:
- Digital PR and influencer management experience
- Previous affiliate or PR agency experience
- A natural tendency to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external
- Thriving in a rapidly changing growth-driven environment
Evolving Job Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Main point of contact for client needs and affiliate business. Learning about a client brand, goals, and growth strategy. Translating the brand story and strategy into the Affiliate Channel, focused on driving incremental eCommerce growth.
- Program Management: Developing Annual Promotion plans in the affiliate channel, strategic publisher & partner recruitment, weekly report analysis, creative solutions to building relationships across publishers/vendor partners/clients and team members
- Consistent Team Collaboration in training, learning, sharing, and growth.
